USA Order – Next Steps

Thank you for your interest in ordering from the USA. To make sure your order goes smoothly and you don’t face any extra customs fees, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Don’t place your normal order yet
Do not complete your normal order with the placeholder USA shipping (€1,000,000).
Instead, please copy and paste the items that are inside your shopping cart — including the total — and send it to us through the form below.

Step 2 – We check availability and calculate your total
Once we receive your cart details, we will:

• Check that all items are in stock
• If any items are not exactly available, we will adjust your order and confirm the updated list before proceeding
• Calculate your total for the USA, including:
– Your items
– Shipping costs
– Import / customs fees

This ensures you will not face any additional customs charges when your order arrives.

Step 3 – Receive a secure payment link
After confirming your order, you will receive a **secure payment link** (via PayPal or Stripe) that covers the **shipping and import/customs fees only**. ( Let me know if you want to receive it via PayPal or Stripe)
You will pay for the physical items separately after this step.
We will provide a coupon or adjusted checkout link so you will not be charged the placeholder (million euro's) shipping again.

Step 4 – Order shipment
Once both payments (the surcharge and the items) have been received, we will safely ship your order to the USA with

**no customs issues or unexpected costs**.

⚠️ Important reminders:
• Do not order anything before sending us your cart details and let everything sit in your cart as it is.
• Each total is unique per customer and calculated individually.
• This is a temporary process until our webshop supports automatic* USA import fee calculations.

*automatic does not mean cheaper. the workaraound like it is now enables us to calculate a duty free part (on the shipping)

Costs for USA Orders Including Shipping & 20% Surcharge

💡 Explanation for customers:

• Amount to Pay Now (€) = what you pay for the surcharge product before completing your physical order.

• Shipping (€15) is separate and not included in the 20% surcharge calculation for orders up to €449.

• Orders €450 and above automatically receive free shipping, so only the 20% surcharge applies.

• Every additional €1 above €450 adds €0.20 to your surcharge.

• The Total (€) column shows the combined cost of items, shipping, and surcharge.

• After paying for the surcharge you wil receive a code (coupon) to redeem "free shipping" ( you alreay paid for).
• you can use that code for the physical order ( to remove the €1000.000 shipping costs)
